I understand that Section 17, subsection l, of the Ho-Chunk Nation Gaming Ordinance authorizes the issuance of a Provisional Gaming License pending satisfactory completion of the background investigation. I further understand that if allowed to begin employment with the Ho-Chunk Nation in a primary management official or key employee position, I must satisfy all regulatory licensing requirements and standards as required by Section 17 of the Ho-Chunk Nation Gaming Ordinance and should I fail to meet the requirements and standards my position with the Ho-Chunk Nation I may be terminated immediately.
